Works but failed about 2 years
I use this for a high voltage high current electric wall heater control (220-240VAC, 20A). Internal supplied thermostat is not good in its positioning and the optional $100 external wall thermostat offered is not programmable. I got a battery operated programmable thermostat placed in a better area of the room for good heat cycling. Only use it for 1 hr pre-heating, mornings and evenings when getting up and getting home from work. The relay works well with the DC control using convenient USB supply. Only used during winter months so it was limited cycling for maybe 2-1/2 seasons, then failed in the enable mode. Control indicator light showed on and off trigger from the thermostat, but relay would not turn off - it was shorted for closed relay on and heater on. Caught it early but it could have resulted in a high electric bill. Being rated at double my needed specs, I would figure this relay should have a better lifetime of what I experienced of less than 1000 on/off cycles. Yes, used with large heat sink with no apparent heating. For the price and my limited seasonal use, I replaced with the same model. For more reliability and longer lifetime, a more expensive relay with verified higher cycle specs would be needed.

Very useful and durable
This solid state relay is the ONLY ssd that I didnt have to replace after just a few months of use. Im running 36 amps at 220 volts through each relay. They initially run in the ON state for about 15 minutes while my powder coat oven warms up then they pulsed between a quarter of a second to half a second depending on oven temp rise needed for about 18 hours a day 7 days a week. I will definitely be using these for all applications going forward.
