Not as advertised | ||
I found that this Boost Converter has serious limitations. It is rated at 6A, but only under ideal input/output conditions: With 3VDC input and 5VDC output, it only can supply 1A. With 5VDC input and 7.5VDC output, it only can supply 3A. With 12.3VDCinput and 15.4VDC output, it can supply 5.5 A, which is 85W. This is above the listed rating of 50W on MPJA, although the same converter on Amazon is rated at 100W ?. I was disappointed as I wanted to use it as variable bench power supply. It is not suitable for this application.

While this is a good Boos converter, it also has a very accurate voltmeter, two products for the price of one!
