12VDC, Dual TEC module heatpump assembly with Hot and Cold Side heatsinks and fans.
NOTE: Do Not Operate without the fans
A suitable cold side insulated enclosure is required.
Hot & cold side airflo must be isolated from each other.

Only half working
Only one of the two TECs appears to be working. All four fans worked, but only one side gets cold, and the TEC on the other side does not draw current.
