Great little panel meter. Went bad within 6 months
Great little panel meter when it works. It worked fine for me for about 6 months, then the display went blank. Ordered two more, and the both work, but I dont know for how long

Works Good, Except. . .
This is a great little panel meter, which I bought for a bench top power supply. It works good, except when there is appreciable noise on the power supply. I ran into this when testing the MPJA Boost Converter, 34904 PS. This converter generated a large amount of noise on the output, > 0.5VRMS at 15.4VDC @5.5A. For some reason the noise caused the panel meter display to blank. For this reason I gave it a 4 rating. When tested with a good i.e. low noise 12.3VDC power supply, the display worked fine.

very low ohm sense resistor
The sense resistor for the current is on the order of .01 ohms so even at 10 amps there will not be an appreciable voltage drop. I wish this meter functionality came in a case that mounts in a round hole.

Works well, can be calibrated
I bought two units and compared their readings to a Fluke 3.5 digit multimeter. The readings were close, but I was able to adjust them to match the Fluke. The adjustments are two small potentiometers near the connector. The one labeled VR adjusts voltage and IR adjusts current. The only down side is that the display doesnt light up for input voltages less than 4.5 volts, but that is clearly stated in the specifications. I like this meter and recommend it.
