Temp probe badly out of calibration | |
| The temperature reading on the unit I received is so badly out of calibration that the item is effectively useless. Out of the package, the temperature read 36.5 degrees C in a room at around 19 degrees C. I put the temperature probe in an ice water bath and it stabilized 17.0 degrees C - it should have stabilized at around 0 degrees C, of course. Probably not worth sending back - $6 plus shipping for junk. | ||

| I am using a pair of these to monitor inlet and outlet temp on my air handler. Easy to use, nice case, bright display, simple to use. I cannot believe they can make these for this little $. My only desired update: have a degrees F option. | ||
