As of August 2018 the State of California has changed the requirements of the Prop 65 law. We now must list on our website any possible chemicals the can cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive problem.
As an example: ABS plastic contains styrene PVC wire insulation can contain Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) electrolytic capacitors can contain Ethylene glycol Brass can contain Lead flame retardant pc boards can contain Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) Aluminum alloys can contain Chromium To put it simply we are a small company and do not have the resources to test every single part, so we list every thing as hazardous. Nice breadboard, but... | |
| Sturdy enough construction and I like that you can choose to use it with or without the small solderless breadboard. Be aware that the Upper D8 connector is only 8 pins long so the Uno-R3 SDA & SCL pins are not easily used. The SOIC pads are oddly broken out and mostly hidden if the solderless breadboard is stuck down. You cannot put a 28 pin socket on here without cutting some traces. | ||

| This is a nice little module, but with no documentation on the catalog listing, I had hoped it would come with a schematic showing how the switches, LEDs, and dedicated pads are connected. Buzzing it out with an ohmmeter is tedious, and leaves me wondering what I might have missed. | ||
