The Teensy 2.0 is a complete USB-based microcontoller (with bootloader preinstalled) development system, All programming is done through the USB port. No programmer is needed, only a standard "Mini-B" USB cable and a PC or Mac with a USB port.
Compatible with Arduino Software & Libraries.
